• Educate people about direct democracy;

• Show how voting by phone and other telecommunications media can be used as powerful tools in implementing direct democracy;

• Promote and help institute direct democracy on local, state and national levels within the United States, as well as in other countries; and

• Provide technical assistance and policy support to individuals, organizations and communities implementing direct democracy and voting by phone at the local, state, or national levels.
